In a Casino Medal, players gamble on their score on 3 pre-nominated holes. On these holes, their gross score is halved resulting, sometimes, in a "half stroke". If the agregate score results in a half, the total is rounded down before the handicap is applied. The net par for this compettion is 49.5 (rounded down to 49).
