You will be aware that the government has ordered a month-long virus protection lockdown from Thursday 5th November. The committee have studied the guidelines contained in the government paper, https://www.gov.uk/guidance/new-national-restrictions-from-5-november, and have concluded that the club cannot operate normally during this lockdown period. As a responsibly organised club, we must be seen to be obeying the rules.
On Tuesday 3 November, the normal Tuesday meeting will operate, but all further meetings will be suspended until 2nd December or a later date if the lockdown is extended. The Autumn Cup Competition will be postponed, and a new competition schedule will be devised and published later.
